Jonathan joined Regent’s College in 2008 as International Visiting Professor in Global Business Management. He teaches and researches in Entrepreneurship and Venture Management. Jonathan commenced his academic career as lecturer at Aston University and moved to Middlesex University as a senior lecturer in Accounting and Finance.  After a decade at Middlesex he became their Professor of Chinese Management, and researched in performance management and managerial development. He joined Newport University in 2006 and was the Associate Dean for Research and Enterprise. In 2010 Jonathan became the Academic Director of the London College of Advanced Management where he led a team of academic professionals in the development of professional courses.  Jonathan supervises PhD students at the London School of Commence in the area of Marketing Finance and Business Management.  He is a Faculty member of Global Marketing Network and a member of its membership committee.

Jonathan is the Executive Editor of the International Journal of Business Performance Management with Inderscience Publishers.  He is on the editorial board of the Journal of Training and Management Development Methods, Editorial Committee for Management at Foxwell and Davis Publishers and, book review editor of the Journal of Technology Management in China. He has published extensively and has over a hundred articles and eight books published in subject areas relating to Business and Management. Jonathan is on the Council of the National Conference of Universities Professors, Council member of the Universities China Committee in London, and a Board Member of the Directors of Ming-Ai (London) Education Institute. Jonathan is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a Fellow of Global Marketing Network.

Dr. Maode Ma received his BE degree from Tsinghua University in 1982, his ME degree from Tianjin University in 1991 and his Ph.D. degree in computer science from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 1999. Now, Dr. Ma is an Associate Professor in the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. He has extensive research interests including wireless networking and wireless network security. He has led and/or participated in around 20 research projects funded by government, industry, military and universities in various countries. He has been a member of the technical program committees for more than 100 international conferences. He has been a general chair, technical symposium chair, tutorial chair, publication chair, publicity chair and session chair for more than 50 international conferences. Dr. Ma has over 200 international academic publications including more than 80 journal papers, more than 140 conference papers and/or book chapters, and 4 academic books. Dr. Ma is the Editor-in-Chief of International journal of Electronic Transport and Topic Editor-in-Chief of International Journal of the Advancements in Computing Technology. He currently serves as a Senior Editor for IEEE Communications Surveys and Tutorials and an Associate Editor for International Journal of Network and Computer Applications, International Journal of Security and Communication Networks, International journal of Communication Systems, and International Journal of Wireless Communications and Mobile Computing. Prof. Marenglen Biba is currently Associate Professor of Computer Science and Head of the Computer Science Department at the University of New York in Tirana. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science at the University of Bari, Italy and the Laurea Degree (5 years degree) Cum Laude in Computer Science from the same university. Prof. Biba has taught several courses of Computer Science at the University of Bari, Italy and currently teaches undergraduate and graduate courses at the University of New York in Tirana. Since 2003, he has been a Professor of the Department of Information Management, National Chi Nan University, Nantou, Taiwan, and is currently the Dean of Research and Development. Prof Chunliang Zhang received his BSc in 1984 and MEng in 1987 from Xi’an Jiaotong University. China, and then his PhD in 2004 from Zhejiang University China. Prof Chunliang Zhang is currently a Professor and Dean of School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at the Guangzhou University China. He is also Honorary Professor at the University of South China. Prior to Guangzhou University, he has worked in the University of Sydney. He has been the Dean of School of Mechanical Engineering at the University of South China. His main research interests contain vibration control and dynamics, condition monitoring and fault diagnosis, computer numerical control technology, and micro-manufacturing technology. He is the inventor of 4 patented technologies, and has published 3 books, edited 6 books and about 150 papers. He is editor, associate editor and editorial board member of many journals. He has received more than 10 awards, such as second Prize and third Prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of State Commission of Science, Technology and Industry, third Prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of Hunan Province, and first Prize of Teaching Achievements Award of Hunan Province. He was named a national model teacher.

Prof. Yeon-Mo Yang is a Professor in the department of Electronic Engineering, Kumoh National Institute of Technology, Gumi, Korea. He received the B. Eng in the field of electrical and electronic engineering from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Daejeon, Korea in 1990 and Ph.D. degree from Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology (GIST), Gwangju, Korea in 2006, in the field of optical networks. From 2005 to 2006 he was a post doctoral fellow in North Carolina State University (NCSU), Raleigh in networks engineering and a short time visiting scholar at UC Berkeley, Berkeley, CA, in wireless sensor networks. From 2006 to 2008, he was in Daegu-Gyeongbuk Institute of Science and Technology (DGIST) as a senior researcher where he has been a project leader of the developments of wireless sensor networks. His current research interests include wireless sensor networks analysis and implementation both at the physical layer and at the networks layer; dynamic bandwidth allocation schemes in passive optical networks; and realizations of hybrid embedded systems connected to Under Acoustic Sensor Networks, Mechronics and Information Technology.
