Prof. Seung-Joon Oh is a professor in the department of Industrial Management, Geyonggi College of Science and Technology(GTEC), South Korea. He received the B. Eng in the field of industrial engineering from Hanyang University, South Korea in 1992. From 1994 to 2000, he was a engineer in DAEWOO Motor.  He received his Ph.D degree from Hanyang University, South Korea in 2004.  His major reserch interests include clustering and data mining.

Valentina E. Balas holds a Ph.D. in Applied Electronics and Telecommunications from Polytechnic University of Timisoara. She is author of more than 140 research papers in refereed journals and International Conferences. Her research interests are in Intelligent Systems, Fuzzy Control, Soft Computing, Smart Sensors, Information Fusion, Modeling and Simulation.
She is the Editor-in Chief to International Journal of Advanced Intelligence Paradigms (IJAIP), member in Editorial Board member of several national and international journals and is evaluator expert for national and international projects.
Dr. Balas participated in many international conferences as General Chair, Organizer, Session Chair and member in International Program Committee.
She was a mentor for many student teams in Microsoft (Imagine Cup), Google and IEEE competitions in the last years.

Prof. Ebrahim Aghajari is a Faculty member in the Department of Electrical Engineering, Azad university of Ahvaz and PhD scholar in the Department of Electronic Science, University of Pune. His areas of interest in research is Digital Image Processing and Machine Vision , Neuro fuzzy based control system, Embedded System Design , Parallel Computing, AC and DC motors, power systems and lighting system.
He received B.E in the field of Electrical Engineering from Institute of Science and Technology, Azad University of Tehran, Iran in 2001 and Master degree in the field of Instrumentation Science from University of Pune, India in 2008. He had worked in many industries for his academic projects like Kaavian Steel Company, Ahvaz, Iran, Emerson Export Engineering Center, Pune, India and many more in Iran. He had worked in the Ministry of Education, Organization of National Schools Renovation and Development (R.E.D), Khuzestan state, Iran, from 2001 to 2006.During that tenure, he has been a design engineer, examiner, supervisor and in-charge of design technical bureau and has also handled over hundreds of projects and supervised a large number of employees and technicians. He had been appointed as the youngest technical manager of the said organization. He is a licensed Engineer (Certificate No: 16-500-00311) by Ministry of Housing &Urban Development, Iran. He was involved in the different international conference committee and attended different conferences and has received best paper awards for one of his papers.
He is an IEEE Member, ISTE Life Time member "Indian Society of Technical Education ", ISMVIP Life Time member "Iranian Society of Machine Vision and Image Processing". Prof. Yeon-Mo Yang is a Professor in the department of Electronic Engineering, Kumoh National Institute of Technology, Gumi, Korea. He received the B. Eng in the field of electrical and electronic engineering from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Daejeon, Korea in 1990 and Ph.D. degree from Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology (GIST), Gwangju, Korea in 2006, in the field of optical networks. From 2005 to 2006 he was a post doctoral fellow in North Carolina State University (NCSU), Raleigh in networks engineering and a short time visiting scholar at UC Berkeley, Berkeley, CA, in wireless sensor networks. From 2006 to 2008, he was in Daegu-Gyeongbuk Institute of Science and Technology (DGIST) as a senior researcher where he has been a project leader of the developments of wireless sensor networks. His current research interests include wireless sensor networks analysis and implementation both at the physical layer and at the networks layer; dynamic bandwidth allocation schemes in passive optical networks; and realizations of hybrid embedded systems connected to Under Acoustic Sensor Networks, Mechronics and Information Technology.

Dr. Usman Ali Khan is Ph.D. in Information Technology and in the field of IT education since last thirteen years. He is now working as Associate Professor in King Abdul Aziz University since September, 2010. He has served as Assistant Professor in Garyounis University, Benghazi-Libya from October 2007 to July, 2010 and also served Senior Instructor in Integral University, Lucknow – India from October, 1999 to September, 2007. He has guided four Ph.D. scholars and three students for Masters. His research interests includes Reuse and Component based development, Human Computer Interaction, Software Engineering and Object Oriented Software Design (OOSD). Has has served in various capacities in IEEE Officer “Professional Activities” at KAU, International Arab Conference (ACIT), Arab Support Centre for Free and Open Source Software, Journal of Science and its Applications, Garyounis University, Libya and International Association for Computer Scientists and Engineers (IACSE) Journal. He is having 30 years of rich experience as Head of IT in various reputed MNCs both in India & abroad . Professor Sarangi was Head of IT of Hindalco Industries , a Aditya Birla Group company located at Hirakud , Odisha for both its Smelter & Power plant and then relocated to Malaysia as Head of IT for its Palm Oil Edible Oil and Oleo Chemical division. Subsequently professor Sarangi moved to Singapore as Head of Business Information System of Palm Oil Business of RGE Pte Ltd Singapore. Professor Sarangi has vast experience mainly focused on IT Strategy, IT Project Management, IT Planning & Governance, IT Infrastructure Management, Business Transformation, Change Management, People Management, IT Policy & Security, Vendor Management, ERP implementation etc.. He is reviewer for ACM Computing Reviews, Neural Computing and Applications , IJCSIS, and Associated Editor to IJICT .

Also he is a member of ENBIS, IEE, IEEE and IEEE Communications Society. Dr. Florin POPENTIU VLÃDICESCU was elected active member of The New York Academy of Science in 1996 and of the ARA in 2004. Also Dr. Florin POPENTIU has been elected Fellow of the Academy of Romanian Scientists in 2008.

•He had been a Specialist Consultant to C.I.D., Maharashtra State Police in the field of Fingerprint Biometrics for two years. •He is a Chief Investigator and Chief Architect for: C-DAC’s “Bharatiya-AFIS” (Automated Fingerprint Identification System) Project, Standardized Biometric Template Converter, Fingerprint Image Quality Analysis Tool and Automated Performance Evaluation Tool for Fingerprint Biometrics System etc. •At C-DAC end, he is responsible for development and deployment of Aadhaar Authentication modules: Aadhaar Client and Server modules (in-process). •He was involved in the ILO-SID (Seafarers’ Identity Documents) project of DG-Shipping for “Biometric Templates Standards Compliance”. •To his credit, there are 05 Patents (Provisional Filing), around 25 premium International/National Journal & Conference Papers, and he has received best paper awards for three of his papers. •He is an IEEE Member, IACSIT member (International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology) and reviewer to many International Journals. •He has delivered many invited technical talks in the field of Biometrics and related technologies.

Dr. P. K. Mishra got his PhD degree in Chemistry, from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar. With a brief stint as a Lecturer from 1990-1992 he entered into his entrepreneurial endeavor along with two of his friends, the result of which was Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) (www.kiit.ac.in) in 1992 with 12 students and 2 staff members which was declared a deemed university in 2004 with a student strength of 10,000 and staff strength of around 2000. He had the honour of being the first Pro-Chancellor of KIIT Deemed University from 2004-2006. Dr. Mishra has the distinction of joining the prestigious International Visitors Leadership Programme IVLP 2007 organized by the Department of State, USA in 2007.

On the request of some NRI friends, he started Knowledge Trust (KT) (www.knowledge.org.in) in the year 2006 along with few of his friends and well-wishers from USA. Within 6years of existence Temple City Institute of Technology and Engineering (TITE) (www.tite.ac.in) under KT became one of the most sought after engineering college in the State of Odisha with 50% of the students coming from all over the eastern part of India. TITE is also one of the few colleges to have established linkages with academicians from top universities in US, Canada, Japan & UK.

With an objective of using IT as an enabler for management of education complexes and universities, Dr. Mishra co-founded Kalingasoft (www.kalingasoft.com) in the year 1999 and was one of the few individuals and organizations to have introduced Wi-Fi Technology & ERP in educational institutes in the 90's.
