All papers, both invited and contributed, will be subjected to double blind review by at least 2 experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process before the final decision and detailed presentation at the conference, all the accepted papers will be published in Springer Book Series "Smart Innovation, Systems and Technologies" which is SCOPUS, SCImago and EI Compendex.
