Professor Jain founded the KES International for providing a professional community the opportunities for publications, knowledge exchange, cooperation and teaming. Involving around 5,000 researchers drawn from universities and companies world-wide, KES facilitates international cooperation and generate synergy in teaching and research. Dr. Anil Kumar Bandrana

For the last twelve years, Dr. Anil Kumr Bandrana has been associated with teaching and research. Before joining LMU, he was Post-Doctoral Research Fellow in Decision Sciences at the Centre for Supply Chain Improvement, University of Derby, UK. He earned his Ph.D. in Management Science from ABV-Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management, Gwalior, India. He did his graduation in Mathematics (Hons) and M.Sc. (Mathematics) from Kurukshetra University, India. He earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) and qualified National Eligibility Test (NET), in June 2011. He has contributed over 150+ research papers in internationally referred journals, and conferences at the international level. He has published his research work in A*/A as per ABDC indexed and 4*/3* as per ABS journals like the International Journal of Operations & Production Management (IJOPM), Transportation Research Part E Logistics and Transportation Review (TRE), Journal of Business Research (JBR), International Journal of Production Research (IJPR), Government Information Quarterly (GIQ), Production Planning & Control (PPC), Technological Forecasting and Social Change (TFSC), Business Strategy and the Environment (BSE), Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services (JRCS), Journal of Cleaner Production (JCP etc. Due to his remarkable contributions to the literature, he has been listed in the ‘World Ranking Top 2%’ researchers by Stanford University-Elsevier list in October 2022. Prof. (Dr.) Vipul Jain

Associate Professor, Supply Chain Management
RMIT University

Prof. Vipul Jain is currently Associate professor of Supply Chain and Logistics Management at School of Accounting, Information and Supply Chain Management. He is also the deputy programme manager for the UG and PG in Supply Chain and Logistics Management programme. Previously he was Associate professor at Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, where he made notable contributions as Undergraduate Programme Director, PhD programme Director and Research Director for the School of Management. In these roles, he provided both strategic and academic guidance, shaping the direction of Undergraduate programs, Doctoral programs and contributing to the development of research strategies and policies within the School of Management.

Vipul’s international experience is notable, working as a visiting professor at Center for Business in Society at Coventry University and also as a Consultant and Researcher at INRIA (French Institute for research in Computer Science and Control) Nancy, Grand Est, Nancy, FRANCE. At INRIA, he was involved in a £ 2 million European Union funded FP6, I*PROMS (Intelligent Production Machine and Systems) network of excellence, leading the international project “Global Logistics and long supply chain Management facing EU industries”. He also worked as Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, India. His academic leadership also includes Programme Director of the Master of Technology in Industrial Engineering at IIT Delhi and his vision led to development of Modelling and Analysis of Supply Chain (MASC) research lab to foster consultancy projects with academic-industry-government engagements. Vipul is a globally recognized and widely cited researcher in the field of Supply Chain Management. Since last 20+ years, Vipul’s research has focused on investigating design and modeling issues for dynamic business operations that take the form of a virtual enterprise, a supply chain, and a value chain. His research focus has been on developing a common body of inter-disciplinary knowledge to seek answers to questions, which span across the fields of Supply Chain Management, Sustainability and Circular Economy, Innovation and ICT. He is also interested in Business Analytics as an emerging synthesis of sophisticated methodology and large data/digital systems/Industry 4.0 used to guide managerial decision making in an increasingly complex sustainable supply chain business environment.

Vipul disseminate new knowledge in an appropriate manner through peer reviewed publications. He has published 145 peer reviewed publications (90 journal papers, 38 conference papers, 8 book chapters, 2 books and 6 edited books by Springer). His h index is around 40, citations around 8000 plus, almost 500 citations every year.

Vipul is also the Editor-in-Chief of International Journal of Intelligent Enterprise, Area Editor for Computers and Industrial Engineering journal; Associate Editor of Journal of Management and Organization; Area Editor for Operations Management Research journal and Associate editor for Supply Chain Research journal. He is also editorial Board Member for 13 prestigious International journals and has also guest edited eight special issues for reputed international journals along with five book series editorship.

Beyond academia, his role also extends as an expert in supply chain management for the College of Assessors, Ministry for Business Innovation and Enterprise in New Zealand. Additionally, he also serves as a research fellow for the New Zealand India Research Institute and is member of the Australian New Zealand academy of Management (ANZAM). He is also a member of the Wellington advocate network, made up of Wellington's industry leaders and top academics. He was also the Co-Chair for the Australia New Zealand Academy of Management (ANZAM) 2023 conference at Wellington.

Vipul has been actively involved in conducting Management Development Programmes/Training Programmes for Senior Managers and Executives of Public and Private Organizations like JCB, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation of India, KPIT Cummins, IBM etc. He also received research funding as PI from the Department of Science and Technology, Office of Principal Investigator, Government of India and sponsored consultancy projects from the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation. His involvement in international conferences leadership & training programs underscores his dedication to knowledge dissemination & capacity building beyond the academic society.

Prof. (Dr.) Rohit Kumar Singh

Associate Professor, IMI Kolkata.

Dr. Rohit Kr. Singh is currently an Associate Professor and Chairperson of Fellow programme in Management (FPM) at the IMI Kolkata. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Master’s degree in Business Administration, and a PhD in Supply Chain Management from Indian Institute of Information Technology, Gwalior. Dr. Singh is a prolific researcher, having published 100+ papers in internationally reputed journals and presented at numerous global conferences. His research focuses on operations, supply chain resilience, digital transformation, and sustainability. As an Associate Editor and reviewer for prominent journals, he significantly shapes academic discourse. A dedicated educator, Dr. Singh leads faculty and management development programs and has convened multiple international conferences. His expertise in multi-criteria decision-making and Industry 4.0 applications highlights his commitment to advancing knowledge and practice in his field.

Prof. (Dr.) Rutuparna Panda

Professor for B. Tech (AI & ML) and Dean Research

Rutuparna Panda (Member IEEE) was born in 1963. He received B.Sc Engg. (Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering) and M. Sc. Engg. (Communication Systems Engineering) Degrees from UCE Burla in 1985 and 1988, respectively. He obtained Ph.D. (Engg) degree from IIT, KGP in 1998. He is a former Professor in the Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, VSS University of Technology, Burla. He was the former HOD ECE Dept., HOD CSE Dept., DEAN, Academic Affairs, DEAN, SRIC, and DEAN Continuing Education Programme. He has guided 38 M.Tech. Theses and 10 Ph.D. Theses. He has over 200 papers in International/National Journals and conferences. Dr. Panda has more than 4000 academic citations with h-index of 35 and i10-index of 70 as per google scholar. He is the co-author of two books titled “AI Techniques for Biomedical Engineering Applications” and “Region based Approaches for Image Fusion”. He is the co-author of 8 Book Chapters. Currently, Dr. Panda is serving as an associate editor of Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence (EAAI). He is a member of IEEE and a Fellow of IETE(India). He is the reviewer of many reputed international Journals like IEEE Transactions and Elsevier Journals. He received ‘Highly Cited Research Award’ in Dec. 2016 from Swarm and Evolutionary Computation Journal, Elsevier. He received ‘Certificate of Appreciation Award’ for quality research Journal Publications for the year 2020 from VSS University of Technology, Burla. His one article is found in top ten popular articles of IEEE Reviews in Biomedical Engineering. His area of research interests includes – Digital signal/image processing, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Engineering, VLSI Signal Processing, Soft Computing, Machine intelligence and AI.

Professor TC Gamage

Professor, Management Studies, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka

Thilini C. Gamage is a Professor in Marketing in the Department of Marketing Management at Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka. In 2009, she earned a BSc. (Hons) in Management and Information Technology from the University of Kelaniya, graduating with first-class honours. That same year, she also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), UK, which laid the foundation for her interdisciplinary approach to teaching and learning. In 2016, she received her PhD in Marketing from the University of Colombo. Prof. Gamage joined the Department of Marketing Management at Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka in 2010 and currently teaches both undergraduate and graduate students in the Faculty of Management Studies and the Faculty of Graduate Studies. Additionally, she serves as a visiting faculty member at various local and internationally affiliated universities. Her research interests are Digital Marketing, Technology Management, Tourism and Hospitality Marketing, Strategic Management, and Entrepreneurship. She has published articles in top-tier management and marketing journals, including Tourism Management (A*), Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services (A), Journal of Business Research (A), Journal of Product & Brand Management (A), Journal of Strategic Marketing (A), and International Journal of Hospitality Management (A*), among other outlets. She has also actively presented papers at international conferences and symposia globally and has been awarded several times for her outstanding research performance. Moreover, Prof. Gamage has won a few local and international research grants, including Special COVID-19 Project Grants with China, Japan, South Korea, and the ASEAN Region by Leading House Asia, ETH Zurich, Switzerland, and Postgraduate Research Grant by the University Grants Commission, Sri Lanka (2014 – 2016). She is currently the Managing Editor of the Asian Journal of Management Studies, published by the Faculty of Management Studies, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka. She is also a Guest Editor/ Associate Editor for leading management journals, including Service Industries Journal, Annals of Leisure Research, Middle East Journal of Management, Iranian Journal of Management, and many more. She also serves on the editorial board and review panel of numerous journals and international conferences. Prof. Gamage has also been serving as the Director of the Staff Development Center of the Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka since December 2024.

Dr. Vasile Palade

Professor in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, Coventry University, UK

Vasile Palade is Professor of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science in the Centre for Computational Science and Mathematical Modelling at Coventry University, UK. He joined Coventry University as a Reader in Pervasive Computing in 2013, after several previous academic and research positions at the University of Oxford, UK, University of Hull, UK, and the University of Galati, Romania. He is the Theme Lead for the "Machine Learning for Computer Vision" theme in the Centre for Computational Science and Mathematical Modelling. His research interests are in the area of machine learning/computational intelligence, with a focus on neural networks and deep learning, neuro-fuzzy systems, various nature inspired algorithms, such as swarm optimization algorithms. Application areas include computer vision, autonomous driving, social network data analysis and web mining, smart cities, natural language processing, fault diagnosis, Bioinformatics and health related problems, among others. Vasile Palade is author and co-author of more than 250 papers in journals and conference proceedings as well as books on machine learning and applications. He has also co-edited several books including conference proceedings. He is currently an Associate Editor for several journals, such as IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, Neural Networks, Knowledge and Information Systems, International Journal on Artificial Intelligence Tools, International Journal of Hybrid Intelligent Systems. Vasile Palade is an IEEE Senior Member and a member of the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society.

Prof. (Dr.) Srikanta Patnaik

Prof. Srikanta Patnaik is Director of I.I.M.T., Bhubaneswar, India. He has received his Ph. D. (Engineering) on Computational Intelligence from Jadavpur University, India in 1999. He has supervised more than 30 Ph. D. Theses and 100 Master theses in the area of Computational Intelligence, Machine Learning, Soft Computing Applications and Re-Engineering. Dr. Patnaik has published around 100 research papers in international journals and conference proceedings. He is author of 2 text books and 55 edited volumes and few invited book chapters, published by leading international publisher like IEEE, Elsevier, Springer-Verlag, Kluwer Academic, etc.. Dr. SrikantaPatnaik is the Editors-in-Chief of International Journal of Information and Communication Technology and International Journal of Computational Vision and Robotics published from Inderscience Publishing House, England and, Editor of Journal of Information and Communication Convegence Engineering and Associate Editor of Journal of Intelligent and Fuzzy Systems (JIFS), which are all Scopus Index journals. He is also Editors-in-Chief of Book Series on “Modeling and Optimization in Science and Technology” published from Springer, Germany and Advances in Computer and Electrical Engineering (ACEE) and Advances in Medical Technologies and Clinical Practice (AMTCP), published by IGI Global, USA. He is a member of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (IEEE) and Association for Computing Machinery (ACM). He is also Fellow of IETE, Life Member of ISTE, and CSI. Dr. Patnaik has visited more than 20 countries across the globe and visiting professors to some of the universities.

Prof. (Dr.) Kabiraj Sethi

Dr. K. Sethi received his Ph.D. from Sambalpur University, Burla, Odisha, in 2014. He holds an M.E. degree in Communication System Engineering from BPUT, Rourkela (2005) and a B.Sc. (Engg) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Sambalpur University, Burla (1983). He is currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering at Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology (VSSUT), Burla, Odisha. Prior to his academic career, he gained over 13 years of experience in the public sector. His research interests span VLSI Signal Processing, Analog and Mixed Signal Design, and Approximate Computing. Dr. Sethi has published more than 25 research papers in reputed national and international journals and conferences. He has successfully guided over 30 M.Tech students and is currently supervising 3 Ph.D. scholars. He is also a life member of the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE).

Professor Rajkumar Buyya

Redmond Barry Distinguished Professor and Director of The Cloud Computing And Distributed Systems (Clouds) Laboratory,

Dr. Rajkumar Buyya is a Redmond Barry Distinguished Professor and Director of the Cloud Computing and Distributed Systems (CLOUDS) Laboratory at the University of Melbourne, Australia. He is also serving as the founding CEO of Manjrasoft, a spin-off company of the University, commercializing its innovations in Cloud Computing. He served as a Future Fellow of the Australian Research Council during 2012-2016. He has authored over 625 publications and seven text books including "Mastering Cloud Computing" published by McGraw Hill, China Machine Press, and Morgan Kaufmann for Indian, Chinese and international markets respectively. He also edited several books including "Cloud Computing: Principles and Paradigms" (Wiley Press, USA, Feb 2011). He is one of the highly cited authors in computer science and software engineering worldwide (h-index=176, g-index=385, 166,500+ citations). Microsoft Academic Search Index ranked Dr. Buyya as #1 author in the world (2005-2016) for both field rating and citations evaluations in the area of Distributed and Parallel Computing. "A Scientometric Analysis of Cloud Computing Literature" by German scientists ranked Dr. Buyya as the World's Top-Cited (#1) Author and the World's Most-Productive (#1) Author in Cloud Computing. Prof. Jair Minoro Abe

Prof. Jair Minoro Abe received B.A. and MSc in Pure Mathematics - University of Sao Paulo, Brazil. Also received the Doctor degree and Livre-Docente title from the same University. He is currently coordinator of Logic Area of Institute of Advanced Studies - University of Sao Paulo Brazil and Full Professor at Paulista University - Brazil. His research interest topics include Paraconsistent Annotated Logics and AI, ANN in Biomedicine and Automation, among others. He is Senior Member of IEEE. Professor Abe is a studious of a family of Paraconsistent Annotated Logic which is used to solve many complex problems in engineering. He has authored/edited books on Paraconsistent and related logic published by Springer Germany and other reputed publishers. He is the recipient of many awards including medals for his academic performance and also received many best articles awards. Professor Abe was the Editor-in-Chief of Publicações da Sociedade Paranaense de Matemática de 1990 - 1994. Presently, Professor Abe serves as Associate Editor and member of the Editorial Board of some journals related to the intelligent systems and applications. Professor Abe has supervised a number of PhD candidates successfully and presented a number of keynote addresses. He has authored/co-authored around 300+ publications including books, research articles, research reports, etc. Professor Abe’s research interests include System design using conventional and Artificial Intelligence techniques, Paraconsistent Annotated Logic, Human factors in Aviation, Intelligent Decision Making, Teaching & Learning practices, and Cognitive Studies.

Dr. Umasankar Das completed his Ph.D in Engineering from National Institute of Advanced Manufacturing (NIAMT) formerly known as the National Institute of Foundry and Forge technology (NIFFT) Ranchi University, Ranchi Jharkhand in 2019 and M.Tech. in Machine Design in 2005 from Bharath University, Channai. He has done is MBA in HRM from Pondicherry University in 2009. He has served over 20 years in the field of Research, Teaching and Industry and still continuing. He is a certified trainer in Indian iron steel sector. Also associate Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers.

Dr. Rahul Kumar Jain

Dr. Rahul Kumar Jain received his PhD degree from Ritsumeikan University, Shiga, Japan, in 2022. He has been an intern trainee at Tiwaki Co., Ltd., Japan since 2019. He is now working as senior researcher at the College of Information Science and Engineering, Ritsumeikan University, Japan. His research interests include computer vision, deep learning, and image processing as well as the applications of Artificial Intelligence in areas including engineering, science, computer science, healthcare and so on.

Prof.(Dr.) Jayadev Kar, Ph.D

Dr. Jayadev Kar is a distinguished academician and administrator with a robust background in human resource development, management, and multidisciplinary education. With an MBA in Personnel and Marketing from Utkal University and a Ph.D. in Human Resource Development with specialization in MIS & HR, Dr. Kar has over three decades of influential experience in academia, leadership, and institutional development. His extensive contributions span across student-centric curriculum design, research, and administrative innovation. Formerly a Professor and Dean at the Regional College of Management, Bhubaneswar, and Technical Head at Pathani Samanta Planetarium, he has guided numerous Ph.D. theses and authored multiple books in vocational education. Currently serving as Director at Interscience Institute of Management & Technology, Bhubaneswar, Dr. Kar continues to drive academic excellence and institutional progress through outreach, scholarship, and strategic academic leadership.
