Professor Lakhmi C. Jain, PhD, Dr H.C., ME, BE(Hons), Fellow (Engineers Australia), is with the Liverpool Hope University and the University of Arad. He was formerly with the University of Technology Sydney, the University of Canberra and Bournemouth University. Professor Jain founded the KES International for providing a professional community the opportunities for publications, knowledge exchange, cooperation and teaming. Involving around 5,000 researchers drawn from universities and companies world-wide, KES facilitates international cooperation and generate synergy in teaching and research. KES regularly provides networking opportunities for professional community through one of the largest conferences of its kind in the area of KES.

Dr. Margarita N. Favorskaya is a Professor and Head of Department of Informatics and Computer Techniques at Reshetnev Siberian State University of Science and Technology., Russian Federation. Professor Favorskaya is a member of KES International since 2010, the IPC member and the Chair of invited sessions of over 30 international conferences. She serves as an associate editor of many internationals journals including Intelligent Decision Technologies Journal, International Journal of Knowledge-Based and Intelligent Engineering Systems, she is the author or the co-author of 200 publications and 20 educational manuals. Her main research interests are in the applications of artificial intelligence to solve real world problems.

Prof. Dr. Kazumi Nakamatsu

Prof. Dr. Kazumi Nakamatsu received the Ms. Eng. and Dr. Sci. from Shizuoka University and Kyushu University, Japan, respectively. He is a full Professor at School of Human Science and Environment, University of Hyogo, Japan. His research interests encompass intelligent systems and their applications. He has developed some paraconsistent annotated logic programs called ALPSN (Annotated Logic Program with Strong Negation), VALPSN (Vector ALPSN), EVALPSN (Extended VALPSN) and bf-EVALPSN (before-after EVALPSN) recently, and applied them to various intelligent systems such as a safety verification-based railway interlocking control system and process order control. He is an author of over 150 papers and 20 book chapters, and 10 edited books published by prominent publishers. Kazumi Nakamatsu has chaired various international conferences, workshops and invited sessions, and he has been a member of numerous international program committees of workshops and conferences. He serves as Founding Editor of the International Journal of Reasoning-based Intelligent Systems and editorial board member of many international journals. He has contributed numerous invited lectures at international workshops, conferences, and academic organizations. He also is a recipient of many conference paper awards.

Prof. Dr. Srikanta Patnaik

Prof. Srikanta Patnaik is Director of I.I.M.T., Bhubaneswar, India. He has received his Ph. D. (Engineering) on Computational Intelligence from Jadavpur University, India in 1999. He has supervised more than 30 Ph. D. Theses and 100 Master theses in the area of Computational Intelligence, Machine Learning, Soft Computing Applications and Re-Engineering. Dr. Patnaik has published around 100 research papers in international journals and conference proceedings. He is author of 2 text books and 55 edited volumes and few invited book chapters, published by leading international publisher like IEEE, Elsevier, Springer-Verlag, Kluwer Academic, etc.
Dr. SrikantaPatnaik is the Editors-in-Chief of International Journal of Information and Communication Technology and International Journal of Computational Vision and Robotics published from Inderscience Publishing House, England and, Editor of Journal of Information and Communication Convegence Engineering and Associate Editor of Journal of Intelligent and Fuzzy Systems (JIFS), which are all Scopus Index journals.

Prof. Lei Zhang is a professor in Tongji University, China. He is an expert in artificial intelligence and data processing. Prof. Zhang Lei received his doctorate in circuit and system from the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2008. In 2010, he left Tsinghua University as a postdoctoral fellow and visited Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Imperial College of Technology, St. Petersburg's Peter the Great Polytechnic University, the University of Rome, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, etc. He once served as the director of Shanghai Key Laboratory and Chinese Academy of Sciences Key Laboratory. Now, he is the director of the Institute of Trusted Autonomous Intelligence, the Chinese director of the BRICS Joint Research Institute for Spatiotemporal Data, and senior members of the Chinese Computer Society and the Chinese Electronics Society. He published nearly 150 academic papers, authorized nearly 40 invention patents, and won 7 provincial and ministerial level science and technology awards. He created ISCT international conferences and editorial boards for multiple international journals.

Vipul has more than 85 archival publications to his credit in high impact factorjournals, as well as conference papers and books chapters, is the Editor-in-Chief of International Journal of Intelligent Enterprise, and an Editorial Board member forseven international journals. Vipul is ranked 7th in India in a list of top 20 Indian leading academicians publishing in the area of Logistics and Supply Chain management in an exhaustive study entitled “Analysis of the Logistics research in India- white paper (2012), pp.1-11” conducted by researchers from Institute of Transport Logistics, Dortmund University, Institute for Supply Chain and Network Management, TechnischeUniversität Darmstadt, and University of Münster, Germany. Andrey Tyugashev, Doctor of Science. Professor Tyugashev is a member of IEEE. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Samara State Aerospace University, Russia, in 1997 and has been a habilitated professor since 2008 after receiving the Doctor of Science degree. In 2014-2021 he headed the Department of Applied Mathematics and Computer Science of Samara State Transport University. Currently he works as a professor at the CS Department of Samara State Technical University and as a professor at the Technology Automation Department of the Samara National Research University named after Academician S.P. Korolyuov. Prof. Tyugashev is an official member of the Register of Scientific and Technical Experts of the Russian Federation, and his areas of expertise include artificial intelligence, software engineering, real-time systems, etc.)He is Associate Editor of KES Scientific Journal, Associate Editor of International Journal of Knowledge-Based and Intelligent Engineering Systems (UK, Scopus, IOS Press), Advisory Editor of International Journal of Reasoning Based Intelligent Systems (UK). Dr Mehdi Toloo

Mehdi Toloo is a Reader in Business Analytics at Surrey Business School, UK. He also holds a Full Professor position in Systems Engineering and Informatics at the Technical University of Ostrava, Czech Republic. Before that, he was a Full Professor in Operations Management at Sultan Qaboos University, Muscat, Oman. Areas of interest include Operational Analytics, Operations Research/Management, Decision Analysis, Performance Evaluation, Multi-Objective Programming, and Mathematical Modelling. Prof. (Dr.) Himanshu Sekhar Moharana is currently working as Principal in Interscience Institute of Management and Technology, Bhubaneswar. Prior to this he had worked in the capacity of a Professor in Mechanical Engineering and Dean Academics in HIT, Khurda, Dean Research in DRIEMS, Cuttack and GIFT, Bhubaneswar. He passed his Master of Engineering (Hons) from NITTTR, Chandigarh (Now NITTTR University) under Thapar University, Patiala and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Utkal University working, Bhubaneswar. He passed his LLB and LLM in Labour laws from MS Law College (Now MS Law University) Cuttack, Odisha and MBA in Operations Management from IGNOU, New Delhi. He has 33 years of longstanding experience in Industry and Academia inclusive of 18 years of Research and Consultancy. He has guided many M.Tech and a Ph.D.scholar. He is a trainer of MSME, Govt. of India and deliver talks on specialized training programmes of Materials and Production Management by the said Organisation. He worked as a Committee Member of OSC, IE (I), Bhubaneswar for session 2010-2012. D from BPUT, Odisha, M. Tech from KIIT University and B. Tech from BPUT, Odisha. He has over 21 years of teaching experience with 7+ year of research. His research area includes optical and photonics technology, embedded systems, IoT, AI/ML etc. Dr. Swain has published more than 22 number of SCI, 12 Scopus, 32 conference articles, 8 Book chapters, 6 patents in last 5 years. Aside this, he has been honored 2 times by University Foundation Day Research Award in the year of 2019 and 2022. Currently, 2 number scholars are continuing their PhD work under his guidance.
