Professor Lakhmi C. Jain, PhD, Dr H.C., ME, BE(Hons), Fellow (Engineers Australia), is with the Liverpool Hope University and the University of Arad. He was formerly with the University of Technology Sydney, the University of Canberra and Bournemouth University. Professor Jain founded the KES International for providing a professional community the opportunities for publications, knowledge exchange, cooperation and teaming. Involving around 5,000 researchers drawn from universities and companies world-wide, KES facilitates international cooperation and generate synergy in teaching and research. KES regularly provides networking opportunities for professional community through one of the largest conferences of its kind in the area of KES.

Prof. Valentina E. Balas

Prof. Valentina E. Balas is currently Full Professor in the Department of Automatics and Applied Software at the Faculty of Engineering, “Aurel Vlaicu” University of Arad, Romania. She holds a Ph.D. in Applied Electronics and Telecommunications from Polytechnic University of Timisoara. Dr. Balas is author of more than 190 research papers in refereed journals and International Conferences. Her research interests are in Intelligent Systems, Fuzzy Control, Soft Computing, Smart Sensors, Information Fusion, Modeling and Simulation. She is the Editor-in Chief to International Journal of Advanced Intelligence Paradigms (IJAIP) and to International Journal of Computational Systems Engineering (IJCSysE), member in Editorial Board member of several national and international journals and is evaluator expert for national and international projects. She was the General Chair of the International Workshop Soft Computing and Applications 2005-2016 held in Romania and Hungary. Prof. Dr. Andrew W. H. Ip

Prof. Andrew W. H. Ip received his PhD from Loughborough University (U.K.), MBA from Brunel University (U.K.), MSc in Industrial Engineering from Cranfield University (U.K.), and LLB (Hons) from the University of Wolverhampton (U.K.). Dr Ip was awarded in 2015 “Gold Medal with the Congratulations of Jury” and “Thailand Award for Best International Invention” in the 43rd International Exhibition of Geneva, and he was awarded the “Natural Science Award ” in 2013 Ministry of Education Higher Education Outstanding Scientific Research Output Awards by the Ministry of Education of Mainland China. Dr. Ip is visiting professor of Civil Aviation University of China, South China Normal University, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, and Honorary Fellow of the University Warwick, Warwick Manufacturing Group. He is Professor Emeritus and adjunct professor of Mechanical Engineering, University of Saskatchewan and principal research fellow of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is a chartered engineer, senior member of IEEE and member of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, and members of various professional bodies in mechanical and electrical engineering. He is Editor in Chief of the journal of Enterprise Information System (SCI index), Taylor & Francis; Founder & Editor in Chief of International Journal of Engineering Business Management (ESCI & SCOPUS index), SAGE.

Prof. Dr. Srikanta Patnaik

Prof. Srikanta Patnaik is Director of I.I.M.T., Bhubaneswar, India. He has received his Ph. D. (Engineering) on Computational Intelligence from Jadavpur University, India in 1999. He has supervised more than 30 Ph. D. Theses and 100 Master theses in the area of Computational Intelligence, Machine Learning, Soft Computing Applications and Re-Engineering. Dr. Patnaik has published around 100 research papers in international journals and conference proceedings. He is author of 2 text books and 55 edited volumes and few invited book chapters, published by leading international publisher like IEEE, Elsevier, Springer-Verlag, Kluwer Academic, etc.
Dr. SrikantaPatnaik is the Editors-in-Chief of International Journal of Information and Communication Technology and International Journal of Computational Vision and Robotics published from Inderscience Publishing House, England and, Editor of Journal of Information and Communication Convegence Engineering and Associate Editor of Journal of Intelligent and Fuzzy Systems (JIFS), which are all Scopus Index journals.

Prof. Lei Zhang is a professor in Tongji University, China. He is an expert in artificial intelligence and data processing. Prof. Zhang Lei received his doctorate in circuit and system from the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2008. In 2010, he left Tsinghua University as a postdoctoral fellow and visited Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Imperial College of Technology, St. Petersburg's Peter the Great Polytechnic University, the University of Rome, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, etc. He once served as the director of Shanghai Key Laboratory and Chinese Academy of Sciences Key Laboratory. Now, he is the director of the Institute of Trusted Autonomous Intelligence, the Chinese director of the BRICS Joint Research Institute for Spatiotemporal Data, and senior members of the Chinese Computer Society and the Chinese Electronics Society. He published nearly 150 academic papers, authorized nearly 40 invention patents, and won 7 provincial and ministerial level science and technology awards. He created ISCT international conferences and editorial boards for multiple international journals.

Andrey Tyugashev, Doctor of Science. Professor Tyugashev is a member of IEEE. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Samara State Aerospace University, Russia, in 1997 and has been a habilitated professor since 2008 after receiving the Doctor of Science degree. In 2014-2021 he headed the Department of Applied Mathematics and Computer Science of Samara State Transport University. Currently he works as a professor at the CS Department of Samara State Technical University and as a professor at the Technology Automation Department of the Samara National Research University named after Academician S.P. Korolyuov. Prof. Tyugashev is an official member of the Register of Scientific and Technical Experts of the Russian Federation, and his areas of expertise include artificial intelligence, software engineering, real-time systems, etc.)He is Associate Editor of KES Scientific Journal, Associate Editor of International Journal of Knowledge-Based and Intelligent Engineering Systems (UK, Scopus, IOS Press), Advisory Editor of International Journal of Reasoning Based Intelligent Systems (UK). Dr Mehdi Toloo

Mehdi Toloo is a Reader in Business Analytics at Surrey Business School, UK. He also holds a Full Professor position in Systems Engineering and Informatics at the Technical University of Ostrava, Czech Republic. Before that, he was a Full Professor in Operations Management at Sultan Qaboos University, Muscat, Oman. Areas of interest include Operational Analytics, Operations Research/Management, Decision Analysis, Performance Evaluation, Multi-Objective Programming, and Mathematical Modelling. Dr. Bishwa Ranjan Das has completed MSc (Mathematics) and PGDCA from Sambalpur University in the year 1995-1997 and 1998 respectively. He has also completed MCA from IGNOU New Delhi in 2009 and subsequently ME (CSE) from Utkal University in 2012. He has been awarded with Ph.D. in Computer Science and IT from Maharaja Sriram Chandra Bhanja Deo University, Baripada, Odisha, India in 2024. He has more than 24 years of teaching experience with major subjects in Computer Science and Engineering. His research areas are Natural Language Processing and Computational Linguistics, Machine Translation, Information Retrieval and Sentiment Analysis using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. He has published more than fifty research papers, apart from book chapters in various reputed international and national conferences and journals including Scopus, Elsevier, IEEE, ScienceDirect and Google Scholar, and He has attended more than fifty seminars, workshops, FDPs, symposiums, and short-term courses in both online and offline mode at various reputed institutes, colleges, and universities like IIT, NIT, ISI and Central University.

Prof Dr Jagamohan Pattanayak is a prolific writer, poet and accomplished researcher. He has 8 research publications in National & State journals. He has been awarded PhD degree in participation and status change in development process, a study of tribal’s in koraput district, odisha. He was the research fellow of Tribal development Department, Ministry of welfare Govt of India. He is an illustrator in both Academics and Administration. With an exceptionally mentoring career leading to nearly four decades, he has held an administrative position as principal in Sri Jagannath Degree College, kaipadar khurda. Prof Pattanayak was conferred with prestigious award as best NSS programme officer, odisha for his selfless service to the society. Prof Pattanayak conferred with Law degree founded an institution to provide free legal service to the stranded people to establish their view. He has planted Twelve Thousand saplings over 7 acres of lands. He has attended 12 National Integration camps across India, he is being acclaimed by distinguished honour in social service being a counselor of IGNOW Odisha State Open University, he has been with students for continuous Learning.

D from BPUT, Odisha, M. Tech from KIIT University and B. Tech from BPUT, Odisha. He has over 21 years of teaching experience with 7+ year of research. His research area includes optical and photonics technology, embedded systems, IoT, AI/ML etc. Dr. Swain has published more than 22 number of SCI, 12 Scopus, 32 conference articles, 8 Book chapters, 6 patents in last 5 years. Aside this, he has been honored 2 times by University Foundation Day Research Award in the year of 2019 and 2022. Currently, 2 number scholars are continuing their PhD work under his guidance.
