All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by at least 2 experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process before the final decision and detailed presentation at the conference, all the accepted papers will be published in Springer Book Series Learning and Analytics in Intelligent Systems.

Selected papers shall be allowed to submit to the following Special Issue:

1. Special Issue "Multidimensional Signal Processing and Deep Learning—Symmetry Approach"

2. Special Issue "Advances in Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies"
